Rug Care Shipping Policy

At Loomville, we offer complimentary shipping for all online purchases over $100. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $25 applies.

All Loomville rugs are shipped free of charge across Australia.

All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours during business days.

Standard delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days. Deliveries to northern or regional areas of Australia may require additional time. Since we use third-party courier services for our deliveries, we can’t guarantee a certain time frame for your item to be delivered. We strive to do the best for you but are not liable for the delay in courier service. You can track your item live, and we are more than happy to get involved with the courier services if it is unusually late.
