2. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any material from the Website without our prior written consent unless otherwise permitted by law.

3. Product information on the Website is based on material from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. While we aim to keep information accurate, we are not liable for any errors resulting from third-party content.

4. Due to differences in display screens and photography, the appearance of products on the Website may slightly differ from actual items. Some images are used for promotional purposes and may not be exact representations.

Registration, Orders, and Cancellation:

1. You need a valid credit or debit card to place an order. Follow the instructions provided on the Website to complete your purchase.

2. Prices displayed on the Website include any applicable taxes and delivery charges, unless stated otherwise, and are in Australian dollars unless specified.

3. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. We reserve the right to accept your order only after receiving payment.

4. Ensure that all information provided during the order process is accurate. By submitting your payment details, you confirm they are valid and sufficient funds are available.

5. Each time you place an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions active on the date of submission. It is your responsibility to review these terms before placing an order.

6. Your order will remain valid as an offer until we confirm it. We will send you an order confirmation with reference details. Loomville reserves the right to refuse any order for reasons such as stock unavailability or unexpected shipping costs. In such cases, you will receive a refund or store credit.

7. If there is a pricing error on your order before confirmation, we will notify you and allow you to confirm or cancel the order at the updated price.

8. If you realize an error in your order after submission, please contact our customer service team. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after submission.

9. We reserve the right to cancel any order before acceptance. If either party cancels the order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

10. Custom-made rugs cannot be cancelled after the order is submitted to the manufacturer.

Delivery:

1. We strive to dispatch your order within the estimated timeframe specified on our Free Delivery page. If we are unable to meet the estimated dispatch time, we will make every effort to notify you. However, to the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any losses, costs, or damages that may arise due to delayed dispatch or delivery. Please refer to our Returns Page for additional details.

2. Deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

3. If the courier is unable to complete delivery at the agreed time, you will be contacted with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.

4. Upon receipt of the delivery, you will be required to sign a form confirming that the product has been delivered in good condition, free of any obvious damage or defects.

5. If you authorize us to leave your order at your address in your absence, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage once the product has been delivered as confirmed by our shipping partners.

Change of Mind Returns:

1. We want you to shop with confidence! If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided the rug is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. To initiate a return, please email us at services@loomville.com.au, and we will guide you through the return process.

3. You are responsible for repackaging the item securely. We recommend using the original packaging or a similar durable alternative. Our returns team will provide packing instructions, and you must send us photos of the packaged rug before pickup. If the rug is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, no refund will be issued, and you will need to arrange for its return to you.

4. A return form and shipping label will be provided, which must be printed and attached to the outside of the package. Ensure any old labels are removed or crossed out.

5. Underlays are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

6. Shedding in wool rugs is natural and not considered a fault. However, wool rugs can still be returned under our change of mind policy. Avoid using a powerhead vacuum on wool rugs.

7. Rug dimensions may vary by up to 5% in size. Returns due to size variation are treated as change-of-mind returns and follow the same terms.

8. You may return up to 1 rug for free within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

9. If you return a rug and wish to make another purchase within the 30-day window, that’s no problem. However, only one rug may be returned within that period.

10. If you want to return more rugs, you must wait 30 days after placing your most recent order to be eligible for further returns.

11. We cover the costs of return shipping. If you miss the scheduled collection time, the cost of rescheduling will be deducted from your refund. Our couriers strive to pick up items within 24 hours of the designated collection window.

12. Once we receive your returned rug, we will inspect it. If it is damaged or unfit for resale, no refund will be given, and you will need to arrange for the rug to be returned to you.

13. Refunds are processed after the rug passes inspection and will be issued to the original payment method.

14. We aim to complete the returns process within 30 days of the rug being collected.

15. We reserve the right to reject returns if we believe the rug was used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to photoshoots, property styling, or staging.

16. Items marked as "final sale," "no change of mind returns," or labelled "no returns" cannot be returned due to change of mind. However, refunds and replacements will be provided for major failures, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Faulty Returns:

1. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at servıce@loomville.com.au or via our website chat.

2. Damaged or faulty items must be unused and in their original condition.

3. We will request photos of the damaged or faulty product for an initial assessment. Please do not return any items until you’ve spoken with our team.

4. For minor faults, we may offer a partial refund instead of a repair. For major defects, we will provide a replacement or full refund, and arrange collection.

5. If further inspection is needed, we may request the product to be returned. We will cover shipping costs if a manufacturing fault is confirmed. If no fault is found, the return will be treated as a change of mind return, provided it meets our T&Cs. Otherwise, no refund will be processed, and the product will be sent back to you. Transport or inspection costs may apply. An estimate of these costs will be provided before the product is collected.

6. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions do not constitute manufacturing faults.

7. Packaging for the return is your responsibility. We recommend using the original packaging or a similar sturdy alternative. Our team will guide you on how to pack the product for return, and you must send us photos once it is ready for pickup. If the product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, no refund will be issued, and you will need to arrange its return.

Trade Collective Returns:

1. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided the rug is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. To arrange a return, please get in touch with us at service@loomville.com.au Our team will guide you through the return process and provide all necessary instructions.

3. As a Trade member, you may return any product but will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee as follows:

- 1 rug: $30

- 2 rugs: $50

- 3 or more rugs: $80

This fee will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed. If you miss the scheduled collection time and the rug is not available for pickup, the rescheduling costs will also be deducted from your refund. Although our couriers strive to collect items within the designated window, we cannot guarantee it, though most items are picked up within 24 hours of the collection window.

4. You are responsible for the packaging. We recommend reusing the original packaging. Our returns team will provide you with the return form and consignment label, which should be printed and securely attached to the rug.

5. Underlays cannot be returned unless faulty.

6. Wool rugs naturally shed and this is not considered a fault. However, wool rugs can still be returned under our change of mind policy. We advise against using powerhead vacuums on wool rugs.

Gift Cards:

1. Gift cards should be treated like cash; they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

2. Gift cards purchased on www.loomville.com.au can only be redeemed on our website and only shipped to customers within Australia.

3. Discount codes or promotional vouchers do not apply to gift card purchases.

4. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Any remaining balance after this period will be forfeited. Expired gift cards cannot be reactivated.

5. We may request verification to confirm that the person redeeming the gift card is authorized to do so on behalf of the original purchaser or recipient.

6. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

7. Proof of identity may be required to redeem a gift card.

Promotional Vouchers:

1. Promotional vouchers may be used as payment for select products on the website.

2. The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional vouchers:

-- a. We may email promotional vouchers to you, but we are not responsible for errors in the email address provided.

-- b. In cases of fraud, attempted fraud, or suspected illegal activities related to the purchase or redemption of a voucher, we reserve the right to close your account and request alternative payment methods.

Conditions for Redeeming Promotional Vouchers:

1. From time to time, we may offer promotional vouchers that can be redeemed on our website. These vouchers can only be used by the specific terms and conditions listed.

2. Promotional vouchers are valid only for the period specified and can be used once. They cannot be combined with other offers, including sales, promotions, or other vouchers. Some brands or products may be excluded from voucher promotions.

3. If you place an order for a product valued less than the promotional voucher, no refund or remaining balance will be given.

4. Promotional vouchers do not accrue interest and have no cash value.

5. If the value of your order exceeds the voucher amount, you can pay the difference using other payment methods (but not another promotional voucher or offer). Only one promotional voucher can be used per order.

Credit Card Fraud, Protection, and Prevention:

1. When you place an order on Loomville using one of the payment methods offered on the website, you may receive an email from our Fraud Team requesting further information to confirm the identity of the cardholder, such as a copy of your credit card and driver’s license. This is to ensure a safe and reliable shopping experience and to protect against fraud.

2. When Loomville requests additional information to confirm the identity of the cardholder, your order will be placed in pending status until the internal checks are completed by our Fraud Team. If the requested information is not provided, your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to the original payment method. These verification requests are to protect payment method account holders from online fraud.

Ad Hoc Discounts and Promotions:

1. Loomville may offer exclusive promo codes and special discounts to select customers through social media, emails, partnerships, or on-site promotions.

2. We reserve the right to decline order cancellations where a customer wishes to cancel their order to re-purchase similar items with a discount.

3. These discounts and promotions only apply to final orders. If an item is returned, the discount will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if an order for $1100 AUD is placed with a 10% discount applied, and a $500 AUD item is returned, the final order total would be adjusted to $600 AUD, making the order eligible for a 5% discount instead of 10%. This difference will be deducted from the refund.

4. We reserve the right to assess when a customer is returning a product without the intent to keep it.
